We absolutely love this one! A delicious spin on you’re regular cheesecakes. They can be made individually or as one larger pie.
1 baked shell or graham cracker shell
1 softened package of cream cheese
1 can of condensed milk
1/3 cup of lemon juice
4 cups of fresh Prairie Berry strawberries
1 package of strawberry glaze
1 tsp of vanilla
In a large bowl whip cream cheese and slowly add in condensed milk. Mix in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into pie crust and chill for three hours. Top with berries and then desired amount of glaze. Enjoy!
